Her Motivation
Ultimately, Wendy believes we are our own health practitioner, our own healer. In simple terms, through Hypnosis, Energy healing (Reiki), Iridology and Shamanic Healing, all customized and personalized for the client, Wendy helps her clients tap into their own power to help them make changes they desire and transform their lives!
Her Training
Her Hypnosis training began in 1998 with Dr. Susan Baker in the States. Dr. Baker and Neal Donald Walsh developed a program called Resilience Therapy and presented this process to The First World Congress of Psychotherapy in Vienna in 1996 Through Dr. Baker, Wendy became certified and accedited with the American Institute of Hypnotherapy. In 1999, she also trained with Dr. Georgina Cannon at the Ontario Hypnosis Centre in Toronto, becoming certfied and accredited with the National Guild of Hypnotists. Wendy received further certification in 1999 by the Canadian Institute of Hypnotism for Hypnotherapy with Children, Hypnotherapy in Geriatrics, and Teaching Hypnosis in College. In July 2000 she was certified by the American Institute of Hypnotherapy for Advanced Hypnotherapy Techniques. Shortly thereafter also in July 2000 Wendy was certified as a Master Hypnotist with the National Guild of Hypnotists. Her hypnosis specialties include Pediatric (Children), Geriatric, Pain Control Management; Regressions; Resilience; and, Establishing Wholeness, Past Life Journeys, Hypnosis for Salespeople, to name a few.
Wendy is also a lecturer and a teacher, having taught privately and at Algonquin College
